Trisha feels Asin is better than Nayan

It is remakes time in Tollywood and Trisha is acting in two remakes at present. One is 'Teenmaar' remake of ‘Love Aaj Kal’ which is due to release on 14th this month. Second is remake of ‘Kavalan’ which is also a remake of Malyalam film ‘Bodyguard’. Nayantara is the heroine in the original Malayalm film ‘Bodyguard’ while Asin portrayed the Nayan role in Tamil film ‘Kavalan’.

‘Bodyguard’ is now making in Hindi with Salman and Kareena Kapoor in lead with the same title. In Telugu, the movie is tentatively titled as ‘Bodyguard’ with Venkatesh and Trisha in lead.

Both Kareena and Trisha were asked to watch the two movies Malyalam ‘Bodyguard’ and ‘Kavalan’. While Kareena liked the acting of Nayantara in the original ‘Bodyguard’, Trisha liked Asin over Nayantara. It is expected as Trisha and Nayan were never in good terms because of Simbhu. Nayan thinks it is because of Trisha, she lost Simbhu.

Although she intends giving those roles her unique touch, comparisons are bound to happen once the films are released.

Can the southern siren outshine Asin and Nayan? We’ll know soon.
