Poonam Pandey says no to stripping onscreen

Poonam Pandey, who grabbed headlines with her promise to go nude to celebrate team India`s World Cup win, has been flooded with offers from Bollywood but the swim suit model says she will not strip onscreen.

The model attracted criticism with her offer, which she claims was declined by BCCI.

But it has helped her land a spot on stunt reality show `Khatron Ke Khiladi` on Colors.

The model says she has been offered film roles and item songs in Bollywood but does not believe that her bold image will have a negative impact on her acting dreams.

"I don`t think that my bold image will hamper my career. My decision to go naked was for my nation and not a cheap publicity stunt. That does not mean that I will strip in Bollywood. I want to act just like any other actress," Poonam told reporters.

The 19-year-old claims that despite some brickbats, many people came out to support her decision.

"After I said that I will strip, there were a lot of people who supported and understood my sentiments. I don`t understand why few people had to behave like the way they did and create an issue out of nothing," she said.

Poonam, who faced the camera for the first time during Gladrags and went on to become a Kingfisher model, says she is keen on working in films and wants to become a successful actor.

For now, Poonam wants to focus on `Khatron Ke Khiladi 4`, hosted by Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar. The show will be shot in Cape Town, South Africa.

"I am preparing myself for the show, I practice underwater swimming. It is very different from other reality shows. They are just fake," she said.

Poonam is also looking forward to meet Akshay, who has been her favourite since childhood.

"I have been watching his films since childhood. He is a great actor. I am looking forward to meet him," she added.

Deepika Padukone Crowned `Tattoo Queen'

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been chosen as the "tattoo queen" by the organisers of the first Tattoo Convention in India.

The 25-year-old star sports tattoos of her former boyfriend's initials and another one of an anklet.

After watching her in a remixed song in the upcoming film Dum Maaro Dum, IndiaInk Invention got in touch with the model-turned-actress and requested her to visit their first-ever convention which took place here on April 10.

They were keen on her presence at the expo as they consider the Om Shanti Om actress to be the "tattoo queen".

However, the actress could not attend the convention as she was abroad for a film shoot.

The convention's organiser Manoj Thakur, Partner at Par Excellence Entertainment, said, "Deepika's absence was felt, especially at an event that she would have readily identified with.

With her own much-written about RK tattoo at the base of her neck and the cutting-edge Dum Maaro Dum tattoo she's seen sporting in the movie, she would have been the perfect ambassador for this tattoo expo."

As Deepika was shooting in London for Desi Boyz, she could not attend the event, but forwarded the invitation to her Dum Maaro Dum team. Abhishek Bachchan, Prateik and Rohan Sippy attended the convention instead.

The cast of the film launched the special Dum Maaro Dum tattoo at the convention.

Minissha Lamba looks stunning in a bikini

Things have really changed over the last decade or so as far as the Tinsel town is concerned. Previously not many would pose for the cover page of magazine in sizzling outfits. Now it has become more or less an established trend, with every odd one going for a revealing pose.

Well this isn’t the first time for the hot and sensuous Minishaa Lamba. A cover page of a glamour magazine had once projected the gorgeous babe sizzling in her two pieced bikini. The latest version of another such journal projects her again in an eye catching two pieced bikini. The dazzlingly bright looking bikini suits her to the tee with the actress posing on a sea beach. Impressed as she was with her snaps, the actress had the similar ones posted for a well known social networking site.

Making it to the cover page of a magazine meant for men would definitely leave an enchanting influence on the readers of the opposite sex especially those belonging to teen age. However, in order to influence the producers and directors of Bollywood she needs to make use of her acting skills as well. It is good that she is photogenic and comfortable in a wide variety of outfits, but she needs to bring other aspects of acting to the fore for overall success.

South Heroines Sex racket busted : Exclusive visuals

Ileana in deep lip-lock with Rana

Ileana who shot the temperatures of the youngsters up by displaying her finely chiseled sleek waist, shiny thighs and navel, is now offering them hotter material – tight lip locks!

Look at the photo! Was she not totally engrossed in the kiss she gave to young hero Rana in ‘Nenu Na Rakshasi?’

We would not give it a damn if a Bollywood dame gives a lip-lock kiss, as they have always been doing it. However, it would appear strange if the same thing is found in a Telugu film. However, there is going to be no difference between the Bollywood and Tollywood in future. Tollywood is fast aping the ways of Bollywood.

It is said that the looks of Ileana are now totally fixed on Bollywood. They say she sent signals that she is ready for total exposure if given a chance in Bollywood. We have to wait to see how many star heroes would come forward in Bollywood to suck those red lips of Ileana.

Heroines welcoming lip lock scenes

Telugu film industry was once known for good traditions. But now the industry is aping the Bollywood.

In the earlier days, if a hero and heroine were to kiss, the scene used to be shot in a very suggestive manner. In fact the audience used to doubt if there really was a kiss. But with changing times and generations, the style of kissing has been undergoing changes. If you take the family of Akkineni - three generations of which has been in the film industry, we can understand how the kiss has transformed.

During Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s time, hero used to kiss the heroine only when it was absolutely necessary to justify the scene. There was never a kiss to satisfy the audience or to emotionally arouse them. When the hero and heroine kissed, it was subtle and suggestive. The scene passed off in a flash, like in a dream. Hero and heroines used to act as if they kissed, without actually doing it. Even the kiss was either on the cheeks or the hands.

In the second generation – during Nagarjuna’s time kissing on screen became more compulsive. The importance of kissing scenes has increased. Scenes where hero and heroine come in direct contact with each other and kiss became more frequent. Heroes started kissing every where from face to lips of the hroine. However an alert censor used to cut off any over doing of the kissing.

In the third generation of the Akkineni family, when Nagachaitanya became the hero, kissing became absolutely necessary for the film. It is as if there is no film with out a strong kiss. Not only the importance of the kiss, its duration has also increased. No longer it is a subtle suggestive shot. Now hero kisses the heroine every where. And the kiss is not only strong, but it is long also. Some times the kissing scene is as long as two to three minutes. The hero and heroine keep sucking each other’s lips. The peculiar situation is that heroines appear to be enjoying these scenes. When the shooting of a kissing scene is on, heroines are themselves saying, “The scene hasn’t come out well. Let us do the take once again.” If the director asks for a retake of the kissing scene, it is a feast for both the hero and the heroine. In the present day films, directors are ensuring that there are at least four to five smooch scenes.

According to information, heroines who tasted a kiss in one film, are themselves asking for lip lock scenes in their next films. Alas, kissing has become more important than the story these days.

Voter made Trisha to follow the rules

Rules and regulations are same for everyone in India. It is celebrities and influential persons try to break the rules. Heroine Trisha did the same.

Trisha along with her mother and grand mother went to a polling booth in Alwarpet to cast their vote. Though there was huge queue, she avoided the long queue and headed to the polling booth directly.

Irked by her attitude, a voter in the queue questioned and demanded that Trisha also should join the queue.Well this resulted in a heated argument with Trisha and voter. Then police intervened and made Trisha to stand in the queue as demanded. On the other hand, her grandmother, who is a senior citizen, was allowed to go to the polling booth directly.

When asked about this, Trisha says that the voter was harsh enough in talking to her which resulted in heated argument. If the voter would have been descent in talking to her, she would not have argued with him, she adds.

It is good to see celebrities value their vote and cast.

Kangana's Late Night Meeting With Salman

Salman Khan had an unexpected visitor while shooting for Bodyguard on Wednesday night.  No it wasn't SRK, but Kangana Ranaut!

Apparently, Kangana was out with her friends around midnight. The actress made an impromptu detour to meet Salman when she heard that he was shooting at Filmistan Studios.

Kangana was on the sets for around four hours and was later spotted leaving in Salman's car.

Their dosti is around a year-old. Kangana was to act in Salman's home production directed by Mahesh Manjrekar but script changes got the film shelved.

Kangana even made a special appearance for Salman's Ready, at the actor's request.

Sonakshi's hotter than Deepika

Sonakshi Sinha seems to be giving Deepika Padukone a run for her money...

If you thought her 'Thapad se nahin, pyar se darr lagta hai, sahab' dialogue in 'Dabangg' was too hot to handle, actress Sonakshi Sinha just proved that it can get hotter.

She has grooved to an item number 'Dance kar le English mein' which will be seen in the film 'Joker'. Chorepgraphed by Farah Khan, the unit members ensure us that there will be whistling and throwing of money by the first benchers in the theatre.

Compare her item number to Deepika Padukone's in 'Dum Maaro Dum' and everyone connected with Sonu's 'Dance kar le English mein' are more than ready to put money where their mouth is.

Sonakshi herself seems content with the way her dance has shaped up. She posted on her micro-blogging site: 'Joker update: dance karle english mein aur nach le tu hindi mein! filhaal yaha par toh hindi hi hindi mein naach rahe hain'.

Pavan’s lip lock gift to Trisha

Pavan Kalyan’s latest film ‘Teen Mar Khan’ with Trisha and Krithi was released on April 14 and got a hit talk.

Pavan has acted in hot kissing scenes with Trisha in the film. He has possibly given these kisses to Trisha as a special gift, as she has always been dreaming of acting with him.

Pavan and Trisha are found in four lip locks in the film. In one scene, Trisha’s mother says, “my daughter is so innocent, she can’t bite even if you put your finger in her mouth.” To this, Pavan’s teasing reply is, “How did she then bit my tongue the other day!”

Pavan appears to have taught lessons in romance and the art of kissing with considerable  flamboyance to his fans in the film.   As Teen Maar Khan has got a success talk, his fans are hoping that the film would be the biggest hit in his career and collections would rain.

Tamannah feeling Trisha heat

Kollywood heartthrob Tamannah is replaced by seasoned actress Trisha in two films. Incidentally the two films are remakes of Bollywood.

Bollywood hit film ‘Tanu weds Manu’ starred by Madhavan and Kangana is soon to be remade in Tamil and Telugu with Madhavan and Trisha in the lead. This romantic comedy was earlier planned with Karthi and Tamannah.

The latest buzz in Kollywood is that Trisha is also starring in the Tamil remake of last year’s Bollywood hit ‘Band Baaja Baraat’. According to sources, in the Tamil remake which is said to be produced by UTV, Trisha will reprise the role of Shruti Kakkar (played by Anushka Sharma in the original version) who aspires to be a wedding planner. Tamannah was approached to do the film initially, but Trisha replaced Tamannah in the end. Hero of the movie is yet to be decided.

Looks like Trisha is a hot favourite for remakes in the south. The peppy girl, who is on a high in Tollywood with her remakes Teen Maar (Love Aaj Kal) and Bodyguard (a remake of Malayalam film of the same name) has now been roped in  ’Tanu Weds Manu’ and  ‘Band Baaja Barat’ remake in Tamil and Telugu.

Two years back Tamannah replaced Trisha in several Tamil projects. Now, she is at receiving end.

Ileana accepts ‘Shakti’ failure

NTR, Ileana latest film ‘Shakti’ miserably bombed at the box office much to the disappointment of Nandamuri fans.  It is a huge setback to NTR after delivering a super hit film ‘Brindavanam’ earlier.  Hero NTR is disappointed with the outcome, but heroine Ileana is not so deterred with the outcome.

Accepting the failure of the movie, Ileana said she tried her best to justify her character and happy to receive the positive response about her looks in the movie. When asked about the performance, she smartly said there is no scope in the role for the performance.

Did she accept the movie knowing her character has no prominent role to play in the movie?  “When I heard the story was different and it shaped up differently during the making. Even though I was notified about the changes, I have no say in it” says Ileana

How she justifies charging Bomb for these kind of roles?  “No producer willing to pay me more if I am not worth. I don’ believe in being underpaid in Tollywood or Bollywood. I am not going to slash my remuneration” outbursts  Ileana.

Sameera claims to be juvenile

Sameera keeps chanting the song 'Ippatikinka Naa Vayasu Ninda Padahaare' claiming to have not crossed the sweey sixteen yet. Though she crossed marriageable age ten years ago, she claimed that she is only eighteen and questioned the media what big hurry is there for marriage.

There is big demand for Sameeera in Bollywood as she generously displays her curves on the screen. However as she hasn't many chances in Tollywood, she has reportedly shifted her base along with director Gautam Menan to Bollywood. Reports also suggest that some kind of chemistry is working out between the two.

Will any one believe Sameera's claim that she is still a bud, though she blossomed a decade ago? Such dialogues are common in the film industry. There is no wonder in Sameera claiming to be a rosy-cheeked kid as even those who are fit to act as grand mothers claim heroine roles. What have we to loose if Sameera says the same dialogue even after ten years? However, it is good for her to come out of this age phobia.

But when we met she was a completely different girl from what I expected her to be.So down-to-earth and innocent.

Item song is the money spinner

Item songs have created tremendous craze among the audience these days. Producers are making writers pen lyrics with double meanings and are making beautiful girls wear short costumes and display their shapes in these songs. They are making tons of loads of money through these songs. Producers are giving as much importance to the item songs as to the story. However this trend is crossing all tolerable limits, of late .

Take for example recent Bollywood films ‘Dabang’ and ‘Tees Maar Khan.’ The films were woven round item songs. They used the item songs for publicity and made money. As ‘Munni Badnam Huye’ song was a smashing hit in ‘Dabang’, they made Katrina dance to an obscene song in ‘Tees Maar Khan.’ In this backdrop, Tollywood producers are also following the same trend.

However, cine Pundits are lamenting that values are falling down and are cautioning this trend is not good for the future of the film industry. They point out that all the ‘Nava Rasas’ (nine essential emotions) are to be shown in the films and depending on romance alone, was not healthy. They say that the audience would get vexed with such films soon.

These experts say that the trend should change at least now and producers should put an end to making women strip their clothes, to spin currency. Films with good stories and values would ensure longevity to the film industry, they suggest. They also point out that falling values is directly responsible for the falling success rate in the film industry. This is also the opinion of the average film viewer. Producers are viewing film making as a money making trade - sans artistic values. They must give up their greed for money, which is striking at the roots of the film industry.

Actor Rami reddy no more!

Popular Tollywood actor Rami Reddy died on Thursday in KIMS hospital while undergoing treatment. He was not well for the past couple of months. He was suffering with kidney related ailments.
Rami Reddy became famous with his role in Ankusham starring Rajasekhar. His dialogue ‘spot pedutha bidda’ became more popular. He acted in Pratibandh, Hindi remake of Ankusham. He acted in several movies of director Kodi Ramakrishna. His first movie was Ankusham (1989) and last movie Marmam. Rami Reddy acted in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi movies.
His villain roles in movies like Ammoru, Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, Kshana Kshanam, Peddarikam, Gayam, Balarama Krishnulu, Osey Ramulamma brought him recognition in Tollywood. In Anaganaga Oka Roju he played comedian role.

Heroine gives youth Nasha with ‘Panty Show’

In the good olden days, getting publicity or gaining the attention of the industry used to be a Herculean task for the stars. It has become very easy now. Stars are drawing the attention of fans as well as the industry with very simple tricks – cheap they may be.

Heroines who are not getting chances are appearing in new Avatars as ‘Item Bombs’ or donning the roles of sex workers. Those who are not getting even these chances are resorting to public display of their shapes for the spotlight to fall on them. The latest addition to such tricksters is Tasha (Tara Alisha).

Tasha is acting in a special character in Naga Chaitanya’s ‘100% Love’. Audio of the film was recently released. Tasha came to that function wearing a mini skirt. When she crossed her legs, her panty was clearly visible through her legs. Lens men quickly shot those pictures and they are now on display on the web sites.

Tasha achieved what she wanted – inebriating the youth with her ‘Panty Show’! Let’s wait and see what she would display next!

How does the story end are the questions you would get answers by watching the film.
Performance
Pavan’s performance was stellar. He has acted well even in the different character of Arjun Palvai. Heroine Trisha was both beautiful and acted well. Sonu Sud and Paresh Raval have done justice to their characters. Ali has entertained well as a taxi driver.
Technical
Jayant P. Parjani has once again proved his talent as director. Screenplay and taking were good. Song filming was also good. Photography and Camera work was attractive.
Analysis

The film is a youthful entertainer. There is out and out enjoyment. Every one would like it. However, the message given in the film may give a wrong signal to the Indian society.

In the end, it was said in the film … ‘ Love is Faith…Faith is Life’ which means love is trust and trust is life. The message is okay, but traditionalists say that it was not good to make fun of marriage in the name of love.

Teen Maar First Day Talk.....

Pawan Kalyan's 'Teen Maar' released today and received Average to Above Average talk on its first day. The first half is good and filled with fun and comedy scenes. It is really surprising to see a normally women-shy person Pawan Kalyan acting in two lip-lock scenes. The second half has heavy sentimental scenes. Comparatively, first half is better than second half.
Pawan Kalyan did justice to both the roles. Songs picturization is really good. 'Vayyaarala' song is the highlight of all. Pawan's steps are good in the song 'Basti Dorasani'. 'Chiguru Boniya' song is stylish, sexy and colorful. Trivikram punch dialogues are observed in many scenes. We have to wait and see how well the movie will stand when the competition will be very high as three back to back most expected movies are releasing in this season.

Tapsee to ooze sex...

Heroines these days are waiting for an opportunity to show their assets on the big screens whenever asked for. Gone are the days when heroines wrapped their shapes in thick sarees and depended on their acting for moving up on the career ladder. The more you reveal, the more are your chances to go up, is the mantra now and white-skinned beauty Tapsi is no exception.

Tapsee who took Tollywood by storm with her very first appearance, is now ready to ooze sex in Bollywood and madden the crowds there.

She got a chance to act in David Dhavan’s Hindi Film ‘Chashme Baddur,’ and according to all indications, she is over-enthusiastic in showing her curves to the North folks. Sources quote her as saying that she is ready to wear a two-piece bikini, go topless or semi-nude, as per the director’s requirements. As she has volunteered to sex-posing, we must wait and see what way the director would use her.View Gallery: Tapsee Pics

Heroines fight on sets

Talk of the K-Town is about the hot words between Bollywood actress Neetu Chandra and yesteryears actress Sudha Chandran. They had a blast on each other on the sets of their forthcoming film Aadhi Bagawan.

According to the sources, the unit during the shoot turned hot with the sudden disturbance and both of them had a heated clash. The argument started during a dialogue delivery, where Neetu and Sudha are having a combination scene. It was Sudha who missed it due to Neetu’s goof-up. The team members were puzzled with the sudden happening and everything turned blue for sometime. An assistant director finally had interfered to stop argument and brought the situation to normal.

The unit members present during the heated argument said that the mistake was done by Neetu. Later we hear that everything is normal during the next day shoot as Neetu apologized for her mistake. With Neetu accepting her mistake, the duo was seen cheerful on the sets.

Kareena disturbs beau Saif

Kareena disturbed Beau Saif so much that he had to hide her. Hold on before you storm your brain, we are talking about Saif's tattoo 'Kareena' and not his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor.

This happened with Chhote Nawab on the sets of his latest film Agent Vinod. Chhote Nawab was encountering certain difficulties on shooting certain action close-up sequences with the 'Kareena' tattoo. So, he was forced to hide it with foundation and powder as it would be embarrassing to see it every time the camera zooms in.

Ileana not satisfied with Shakti!

Sexy Siren Ileana has charged a bomb for her recently released mega budget flick Shakti. The film turned out to be a major flop at the Box-Office and Ileana states that she couldn’t connect to the story of the film at the end, as the final copy of Shakti is entirely different from what Meher Ramesh has narrated her initially.”

“When I signed on the dotted line, the story was very different. Later during the filming everything changed. What I was narrated was different from what shaped up. Of course the director did inform me about the changes, but I couldn’t be able to say anything,” says Ileana.

She further adds that this was the reason she was not seen in the promotional events of Shakti. “I wasn’t positive about Shakti, so I didn’t speak much about it in any event. I’m not a hypocrite to smile and tell people to watch the movie, when I myself not convinced.

Big B apologised to Rajnikanth fans

When Amitabh Bachchan posted a Rajinikanth joke on his micro-blogging page he must not have realized that it would hurt the sentiments of Rajini’s fans.

It all started when Rajinikanth jokes took the world by storm after the release of his blockbuster 'Robot'.

The 'Rajini jokes' which became a bit passé came back in demand after the South film industry's demi god attended India Sri Lanka Cricket World Cup final in Mumbai.

'Sachin Tendulkar's mother's name is Rajni Tendulkar & 'The match was watching Rajini' were few of the Rajini jokes which again started doing the rounds.

Rajni already watched the match live in his dream last night and now watching highlights is the other joke circulated.

Various actors have sent and enjoyed Rajini jokes before and the latest to find them amusing just like majority of us was Amitabh Bachchan.

Amitabh Bachchan shared one of the Rajini jokes he received on his phone on his micro-blogging site infuriating few of Rajini fans.

"Someone sent me this on mobile - "When Graham Bell invented the telephone, he found two missed calls from Rajnikant !" Brilliant" tweeted Bachchan.

Within minutes of posting this Rajini joke, several of his fans objected to it and many felt that it was done deliberately to disgrace the Superstar. The Big B immediately realized the mistake he had committed and clarified that the joke was posted to let the world know how powerful Rajini is.

Amitabh elaborated that such jokes imply the importance of Rajinikanth and the high esteem that he has in the society. He, however, regretted having hurt the sentiments of Rajini fans by posting the joke unwittingly.

Mallika Sherawat takes on Malaika, Katrina

Move over Malaika and Katrina, Mallika Sherawat is here. In what seems like an open challenge at the throne of the two hottest Bollywood item queens, Mallika Sherawat danced to an item song at Yashraj Studios, whose words blatantly mocked Katrina and Malaika's twin triumphs.

Mallika sang, "Munni bhi maani aur Sheila bhi maani, Shalu ke thumke ki duniya deewani."

Apparently the "Munni" and "Sheila" choreographer was approached to do Mallika's "Shalu ke thumke." But Farah Khan begged off, saying she only choreographs for very close family friends.

According to a source, the lyrics were originally quite different for the song.

"By openly singing that she's better than 'Munni' and 'Sheila,' Mallika is sending out a clear signal to the entertainment industry. It was Mallika who wanted the Munni-Sheila element incorporated into the song. Composer Anand Raj Anand modified the tune accordingly," the source said.

"Mallika wants to position herself as the No.1 item queen of Bollywood. She feels her 'Maiyya maiyya' in 'Guru' came long before 'My name is Sheila' and 'Munni badnaam.' This year she has already performed two item songs and is open to more," added the source.

What's more, her image as the tantrum queen is now a thing of the past. While shooting for "Munni bhi maani Sheila bhi maani", Mallika was the epitome of good behaviour.
