Poonam Pandey, who grabbed headlines with her promise to go nude to celebrate team India`s World Cup win, has been flooded with offers from Bollywood but the swim suit model says she will not strip onscreen.
The model attracted criticism with her offer, which she claims was declined by BCCI.
But it has helped her land a spot on stunt reality show `Khatron Ke Khiladi` on Colors.
The model says she has been offered film roles and item songs in Bollywood but does not believe that her bold image will have a negative impact on her acting dreams.
"I don`t think that my bold image will hamper my career. My decision to go naked was for my nation and not a cheap publicity stunt. That does not mean that I will strip in Bollywood. I want to act just like any other actress," Poonam told reporters.
The 19-year-old claims that despite some brickbats, many people came out to support her decision.
"After I said that I will strip, there were a lot of people who supported and understood my sentiments. I don`t understand why few people had to behave like the way they did and create an issue out of nothing," she said.
Poonam, who faced the camera for the first time during Gladrags and went on to become a Kingfisher model, says she is keen on working in films and wants to become a successful actor.
For now, Poonam wants to focus on `Khatron Ke Khiladi 4`, hosted by Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar. The show will be shot in Cape Town, South Africa.
"I am preparing myself for the show, I practice underwater swimming. It is very different from other reality shows. They are just fake," she said.
Poonam is also looking forward to meet Akshay, who has been her favourite since childhood.
"I have been watching his films since childhood. He is a great actor. I am looking forward to meet him," she added.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been chosen as the "tattoo queen" by the organisers of the first Tattoo Convention in India.
The 25-year-old star sports tattoos of her former boyfriend's initials and another one of an anklet.
After watching her in a remixed song in the upcoming film Dum Maaro Dum, IndiaInk Invention got in touch with the model-turned-actress and requested her to visit their first-ever convention which took place here on April 10.
They were keen on her presence at the expo as they consider the Om Shanti Om actress to be the "tattoo queen".
However, the actress could not attend the convention as she was abroad for a film shoot.
The convention's organiser Manoj Thakur, Partner at Par Excellence Entertainment, said, "Deepika's absence was felt, especially at an event that she would have readily identified with.
With her own much-written about RK tattoo at the base of her neck and the cutting-edge Dum Maaro Dum tattoo she's seen sporting in the movie, she would have been the perfect ambassador for this tattoo expo."
As Deepika was shooting in London for Desi Boyz, she could not attend the event, but forwarded the invitation to her Dum Maaro Dum team. Abhishek Bachchan, Prateik and Rohan Sippy attended the convention instead.
The cast of the film launched the special Dum Maaro Dum tattoo at the convention.

Things have really changed over the last decade or so as far as the Tinsel town is concerned. Previously not many would pose for the cover page of magazine in sizzling outfits. Now it has become more or less an established trend, with every odd one going for a revealing pose.
Well this isn’t the first time for the hot and sensuous Minishaa Lamba. A cover page of a glamour magazine had once projected the gorgeous babe sizzling in her two pieced bikini. The latest version of another such journal projects her again in an eye catching two pieced bikini. The dazzlingly bright looking bikini suits her to the tee with the actress posing on a sea beach. Impressed as she was with her snaps, the actress had the similar ones posted for a well known social networking site.
Making it to the cover page of a magazine meant for men would definitely leave an enchanting influence on the readers of the opposite sex especially those belonging to teen age. However, in order to influence the producers and directors of Bollywood she needs to make use of her acting skills as well. It is good that she is photogenic and comfortable in a wide variety of outfits, but she needs to bring other aspects of acting to the fore for overall success.

Ileana who shot the temperatures of the youngsters up by displaying her finely chiseled sleek waist, shiny thighs and navel, is now offering them hotter material – tight lip locks!
Look at the photo! Was she not totally engrossed in the kiss she gave to young hero Rana in ‘Nenu Na Rakshasi?’
We would not give it a damn if a Bollywood dame gives a lip-lock kiss, as they have always been doing it. However, it would appear strange if the same thing is found in a Telugu film. However, there is going to be no difference between the Bollywood and Tollywood in future. Tollywood is fast aping the ways of Bollywood.
It is said that the looks of Ileana are now totally fixed on Bollywood. They say she sent signals that she is ready for total exposure if given a chance in Bollywood. We have to wait to see how many star heroes would come forward in Bollywood to suck those red lips of Ileana.

Telugu film industry was once known for good traditions. But now the industry is aping the Bollywood.
In the earlier days, if a hero and heroine were to kiss, the scene used to be shot in a very suggestive manner. In fact the audience used to doubt if there really was a kiss. But with changing times and generations, the style of kissing has been undergoing changes. If you take the family of Akkineni - three generations of which has been in the film industry, we can understand how the kiss has transformed.
During Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s time, hero used to kiss the heroine only when it was absolutely necessary to justify the scene. There was never a kiss to satisfy the audience or to emotionally arouse them. When the hero and heroine kissed, it was subtle and suggestive. The scene passed off in a flash, like in a dream. Hero and heroines used to act as if they kissed, without actually doing it. Even the kiss was either on the cheeks or the hands.
In the second generation – during Nagarjuna’s time kissing on screen became more compulsive. The importance of kissing scenes has increased. Scenes where hero and heroine come in direct contact with each other and kiss became more frequent. Heroes started kissing every where from face to lips of the hroine. However an alert censor used to cut off any over doing of the kissing.
In the third generation of the Akkineni family, when Nagachaitanya became the hero, kissing became absolutely necessary for the film. It is as if there is no film with out a strong kiss. Not only the importance of the kiss, its duration has also increased. No longer it is a subtle suggestive shot. Now hero kisses the heroine every where. And the kiss is not only strong, but it is long also. Some times the kissing scene is as long as two to three minutes. The hero and heroine keep sucking each other’s lips. The peculiar situation is that heroines appear to be enjoying these scenes. When the shooting of a kissing scene is on, heroines are themselves saying, “The scene hasn’t come out well. Let us do the take once again.” If the director asks for a retake of the kissing scene, it is a feast for both the hero and the heroine. In the present day films, directors are ensuring that there are at least four to five smooch scenes.
According to information, heroines who tasted a kiss in one film, are themselves asking for lip lock scenes in their next films. Alas, kissing has become more important than the story these days.
